Customer Accounts

This guide is for stores that use Shopify’s new customer accounts. If you are using legacy customer accounts, use the View Carts guide.

Adding the page

  1. From the theme customizer, use the dropdown in the center top that says “Home page” and select “Checkout and customer accounts”.
  2. In the sidebar on the very left is an icon with there squares and a plus sign. Click there to bring up the apps sidebar and you will see a section for PluralCart.
  3. Add the Carts page by clicking the plus sign next to it.
  1. Click the dropdown in the center top and select the newly added Carts page from the dropdown.
  2. In the very left sidebar where you, click the top icon to open the Sections sidebar. Then select the Header section.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the customer account main menu.
  4. Add a menu item. When you click the link input, scroll to the bottom and select apps. Select the Carts page.
  5. Make sure to save.

Changing the Carts page settings

  1. With the Carts page selected in the top center dropdown, click the cog icon in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Carts page content in the preview window to select it.
  3. Update the settings in the sidebar and save.
